The following update is being introduced as part of NRDR version 13.28 on December 14th, 2024.
NRDR Improvements
At least one active patient must be selected when using the Merge Patient function. An error message will show if only canceled patients are selected when attempting to merge.
Registry application information is now updated with new language to reflect our newest Assess-AI pilot registry.
Note: The ACR’s NRDR team continually looks for additional opportunities for supporting quality improvement efforts in radiology and improved patient care through a clinical quality registry. When new initiatives are identified, the concepts, processes and functionality required are piloted with a small number of test (or pilot) sites before opening a new registry for general participation. Should you be interested in participating in a pilot effort, please contact us for more information at [email protected].
Changes to patient information to include editing, adding, deleting and merging are now logged and shown in the Manage Patients tab in the NRDR portal and NRDR Uploader app. Please visit the NRDR Uploader App Patient Management article for more information.
A PHI acknowledgment message will now display when adding a new Facility Administrator, Registry Administrator or Facility User profile. These user profiles have access to all clinical data from their registry, to include patient information. To add new or modify existing user profiles, please visit our Manage User Profiles article.
You can now change your site's Facility Administrator during the application renewal, addendum, and reinstatement process by updating the information in the Facility Administrator field and clicking save.
DIR
The DIR Data Completeness report is now available under the Operational Reports menu in NRDR-DIR.
GRID
Exam, Facility Yearly/Monthly, and Physician Yearly/Monthly text data files can now be uploaded with or without the header.
Note: Please visit our GRID Forms article for form templates.
LCSR
The CT Diagnostic Exam Result by Lung-RADS Category field is now optional in the LCSR Exam form, data upload file and JSON file if the Follow-up Diagnostic field is 1, 2, 3 or 7.
LCSR exam follow-up reminder emails will now only be sent if a facility has active exams where Follow-Up Diagnostic is either 1 - Low dose chest CT, 2 - Routine chest CT or 3 - PET/CT and the CT Diagnostic Exam Results by Lung-RADS Category field is null.
NMD
The History ID for each data file upload is now shown in the View Details box of the Data File Process Status page.
