Before registering with NRDR, identify the individuals who will manage your corporate account and facility access. Choosing the right administrators helps ensure smooth communication, billing management, and registry participation.
Important: Every corporate account must have a Corporate Account Administrator (CAA). We recommend identifying administrator roles before beginning the registration process.

How Administrator Roles Are Assigned
- Select the individual who will serve as the Corporate Account Administrator (CAA).
- Enter the CAA's contact information during registration.
- Choose whether the Facility Administrator (FA)will be:
- The same person as the CAA, or
- A different individual assigned to the facility.
- If a different FA is designated, NRDR will send that person an email invitation to create an NRDR account.
Changing an Administrator
You can change the Corporate Account Administrator or Facility Administrator by creating a new administrator account through the Manage User Profiles page.
Please Note: Only one active administrator can exist for each administrator role at a time. When a new administrator is assigned, the existing administrator account is automatically deactivated. In some cases, unused administrator accounts may be removed entirely.
