The following update is being introduced as part of NRDR version 13.25 on December 18th, 2023.
NRDR Improvements
Our new ACR and NRDR logos are now displayed on all NRDR pages!
ACR Headquarters address is now updated on all invoices, emails, websites, participation agreements, etc to reflect the new address. Our new address is: 1892 Preston White Drive Reston, VA 20191.
Facility NPI is no longer required to be entered in the Facility Information page in NRDR to participate in the LCS registry.
CTC and LCSR Register New Exam forms have been updated with clearer language to indicate that Exam Unique ID is an optional field, but Patient ID(s) must be provided for both new and returning patients.
Delete Data File button is now only available for data upload files in a pending status and not available for files in any other status.

DIR Changes
The Corporate Excel report has now been changed to the Administrative Aggregate report.

The Facility Excel report is no longer available.
Interactive reports are now grouped by modality.
The Fluoro/DR Summary of Data Submitted report is now split into two reports: Fluoroscopy Summary of Data Submitted and Digital Radiography Summary of Data Submitted.
GRID Changes
Case mix index is now removed from the list of elements in the GRID Facility form version 1.1.
The number of CT units can now be zero or null in the GRID Annual Facility form if PET/CT units are entered and the number of CT procedures is greater than zero.
The number of breast ultrasound units can now be zero or null in the GRID Annual Facility form if ultrasound units are entered and the number of breast ultrasound procedures is greater than zero.
LCSR Changes
Instructions are now visible in the Additional Risk Factors section of the LCSR Exam web form.
Version 1.7 is now available to collect additional data, changes include:
Fields "CT diagnostic exam result by Lung-RADS category", "Reason for diagnostic recall" and "Reason for diagnostic recall, specify" are added to Follow-up elements.
Added new fields "Histology of primary or dominant cell type - Other, specify" and "Histology of secondary cell type - Other, specify".
The field title changed from "CT exam result by Lung-RADS category" to "CT screening exam result by Lung-RADS category”.
LCSR Exam Detail and Data Export reports are updated.
New validation rules now added to Tissue Diagnosis/Histology fields in the LCSR Exam form, changes include:
If “tissue diagnosis” = “malignant – not adenocarcinoma, lung cancer, non invasive”, then the “histology of primary or dominant cell type” = “Non-small cell lung cancer: Invasive adenocarcinoma” option is not available.
If “tissue diagnosis” = “malignant – not adenocarcinoma, lung cancer, invasive status unknown”, then the “histology of primary or dominant cell type” = “Non-small cell lung cancer: Invasive adenocarcinoma” option is not available.
If “tissue diagnosis” = “malignant – non lung cancer”, then the ”unknown” option will be the only available option for “histology of primary or dominant cell type”.
