The following update is being introduced as part of NRDR version 13.15.3 on March 8, 2021.
Leading "0" in dates are no longer necessary
Dates without leading 0's will be accepted in all NRDR data file uploads, for example, 3/1/2020 (as opposed to 03/01/2020). This applies for records in data upload files for CTC, GRID, NMD and LCSR. A file will no longer be rejected for having such dates (assuming all other fields are valid).
