Manual Entry: Cancel or Restore a Case Form

Cancelling a Case Form

To cancel a Case Form:

1. Click Data in the top menu of any page in the NRDR portal.

2. Click the drop-down menu next to 3D Printing.

3. Click the Case Forms link.

4. If necessary, enter search criteria in the filter.

5. Click the ellipsis on the right side of the page to view the drop-down menu. 

6. Click Cancel.

A confirmation box appears. Enter the reason for the cancellation and click Yes:

Restoring a Case Form

To restore a Case Form:

1. Click Data in the top menu of any page in the NRDR portal.

2. Click the drop-down menu next to 3D Printing.

3. Click the Case Forms link.

4. If necessary, enter search criteria in the filter.

5. Click the ellipsis on the right side of the page to view the drop-down menu. 

6. Click Restore.

A confirmation box appears. Enter the reason for restoring the form and click Yes:
