Manual Entry: Search for a Case Form

To search for a previously entered Case Form:

1. Click Data in the top menu of any page in the NRDR portal.

2. Click the drop-down arrow next to 3D Printing in the left menu.

3. Click the Case Forms link.

4. The box at the top of the page has fields for various search criteria. Enter the desired criteria, as in the example below, which searches for forms in a certain submission date range.

5. Click Search.

A list of case forms appears. You can sort the forms by clicking the column headers. Click the case number of the case form you want to open:
