Frequently Asked Questions
What is considered a facility in NRDR?
A facility is a physical location where a patient receives an imaging exam. This includes hospitals, outpatient clinics, free-standing centers, academic sites, and other locations where imaging exams are performed.
How do we register if we practice at multiple locations?
All participants must create a corporate account where they can receive and pay invoices, receive combined reports across all facilities, coordinate legal agreements, and then complete a facility registration for each physical location.
Important Registration Note: The one-time $500 application fee applies only to the corporate account, not to each facility account. However, if multiple corporate accounts are created, the one-time fee applies to each corporate account.
To complete the application process in one sitting, it is helpful to have each facility’s name, address, and phone number available.
Radiology groups can register and submit data to the NRDR and do not have to be the owner of a facility to participate.
