Invoices are available under the Corporate Account Management Financial menu. Corporate Account Administrators are the only users able to access invoices. There are three invoice links; Invoices for Registries, Invoices for CMS Reporting and Other Invoices. Registry invoices are generated based on settings entered on Manage Invoice Settings page. CMS invoices are generated based on information entered on the Manage Physicians page.
The invoice page details invoices generated for the corporate account in the table below the search filter.
PDF versions of invoices are available via the View Invoice link in the Action column and then clicking the Print Invoice button. This will open the PDF in a new window, where the Corporate Account Administrator is then able to save or print. There is also an option to send the CMS Reporting invoices to additional email addresses via the Invoices for CMS Reporting link.
The Pay Now button initiates an online payment transaction, via PayPal, to clear an outstanding account balance.
