Before You Begin
Every physical location that submits data to NRDR must have its own Facility Account. A Corporate Account serves as the parent account that connects and manages those facilities.

Registration Process
| Step 1 | Select New Corporate Account Registration from the NRDR menu. |
| Step 2 | Sign in with an existing NRDR account or create a new account during registration. |
| Step 3 | Enter your organization's Corporate Account information. |
| Step 4 | Designate a Corporate Account Administrator (CAA). |
| Step 5 | Hit next to proceed and begin adding Facility Accounts as needed. |

Provide information for your organization's primary administrative location, such as a corporate office or headquarters.

- Street Address
- City, State/Province, and Country
- ZIP or Postal Code
- Billing Address Information
Important
A Corporate Account may share an address with a subordinate Facility Account, but it cannot share the same address as another Corporate Account.

Corporate Account Administrator (CAA)
The Corporate Account Administrator serves as the primary contact for the organization and is responsible for managing administrative activities across associated facilities.
