Lung Cancer Screening Registry Expansion
The American College of Radiology Lung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR) is expanding and will evolve into the Early Lung Cancer Detection Registry in late 2025. Please be on the lookout for webinar announcements and articles explaining the expansion and how to submit data to the modules.
DIR-Digital Radiography Module Go-Live
The DIR-Digital Radiography (DIR-DR) module is completing its pilot phase and will be introduced on November 7th, 2025. Join DIR-DR experts as they present the module and explain the steps for successful setup and data quality assurance. Register here! https://pages.acr.org/DIR-Webinar2025.html

NRDR Improvements
The Resolve Patient Duplicates functionality in NRDR is now updated to show all patients registered to a facility in order to see a complete list of patients when resolving patient duplicates. Please refer to the Manage Patients article for more information on patient management.
Manage Device Profiles
Photon Counting (EOS) is now a selectable option for Detector Technology in DR and RF units. Please refer to the Manage Device Profiles article for information on device management.
3D-Printing Improvements
New printer options have been added to the registry in the Manage 3D Printers tab. Please refer to the Manage 3D Printers article for more information.
LCSR Improvements
The Missing Lung-RADS Score Diagnostic Exams Only checkbox, if selected in the filter, now remains selected when completing or updating an exam and returning to the list of exams.
CT diagnostic exam result by Lung-RADS category field is now required if Follow-up diagnostic is "Low dose chest CT or "Routine chest CT". You will no longer receive reminder emails for follow up exams requiring a Diagnostic Lung-RADS category selection.
