Access to NRDR requires an ACR Login account and Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Follow the instructions below based on your situation.
Before You Begin
- An ACR Login account is required to access NRDR.
- MFA enrollment is required before accessing NRDR.
- Activation emails expire after 30 days.
- Be sure to use the same email address associated with your NRDR invitation whenever possible.
Which Scenario Applies to You?
Select the option below that best matches your situation.
Option A: I do not have an ACR Login
Create ACR Login → Set Up MFA → Activate NRDR Profile → Access Dashboard
If you do not already have an ACR Login account, start here.
Option B: I Already Have an ACR Login
Activate NRDR Profile → Sign In → Access Dashboard
If you already use an ACR Login account, skip ahead to the Existing ACR Login section below.
New to NRDR?
Step 1: Create Your ACR Login Account
- Navigate to https://sso.acr.org
- Select Sign Up.
- Complete the registration form.
- Select Register.
Step 2: Activate Your Account
- Open the activation email from no-reply@sso.acr.org.
- Select Activate Account.
- Complete the activation process.
Step 3: Enroll in Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
- After activating your account, follow the MFA enrollment prompts.
- View MFA Enrollment Instructions
Step 4: Sign In and Verify MFA
- Sign in at https://nrdr.acr.org
- Complete the MFA verification process. (If appropriate, select Do not challenge me on this device for the next 30 days.)
Step 5: Activate Your NRDR User Profile
- Open the NRDR User Invitation email.
- Select the secure activation link.
- Choose Complete Activation.
- Sign in with your ACR Login credentials.
Step 6: Access Your NRDR Dashboard
- Sign in at https://sso.acr.org
- Navigate to https://nrdr.acr.org
Already Have an ACR Login Account?
If you have been assigned a new NRDR User Profile and already use ACR Login, complete the steps below.
Step 1: Open Your NRDR Invitation Email
Locate the NRDR User Invitation email sent to you.
Step 2: Complete Profile Activation
Select the secure activation link contained in the email.
Step 3: Sign In
Use your existing ACR Login username and password.
Step 4: Access Your Dashboard
Once activation is complete, you will be able to access your new NRDR User Profile and dashboard.
Common Issues
Didn't Receive the Activation Email?
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Search for messages from no-reply@sso.acr.org.
- Contact NRDR Support if the email cannot be located.
Activation Link Expired?
- Activation emails expire after 30 days.
- Contact NRDR Support to request a new invitation.
Having Trouble with MFA?
- Verify you are using the correct authentication device.
- Review the MFA setup instructions.
