NRDR Improvements
A modification has been made allowing Registry Administrators to view and add new Facility Users in the Manage User Profiles page in NRDR.
LCSR & IPN Improvements
The following updates are being introduced as part of our transition from the legacy Lung Cancer Screening Registry to our comprehensive Early Lung Cancer Detection Registry (ELCDR).
Reading Radiologist NPI is now a data element in IPN reports and in the IPN Exam Form.
Note: To add Reading Radiologist to an IPN exam, you should first add the corresponding physician information on the Manage Physician form and assign this physician to your facility ID and registry “LCSR & IPN”. Then on IPN Exam Form, you will be able to add the Reading Radiologist by selecting them from the dropdown list. If you upload IPN exam data via data file submission or JSON web service submission, the NRDR system will also verify if a physician record has been added to the Manage Physician list.
Functionality has now been added to filter IPN exams by Reading Radiologist first name, last name and NPI number in the IPN Exam Form.
Recommendation elements and patient questions are now listed together in the IPN Exam form, data file template and JSON mapping template.
Fields previously required for Fleischner guidelines are now required for IPN score guidelines. Fields impacted include:
Do all nodules demonstrate one or more benign nodule feature(s)?
Are all nodules stable?
Indicate the patient’s risk level
Indicate the overall frequency of nodules
Indicate the size of the nodule with the highest level of concern
Indicate the density of the nodule with highest level of concern
Type of follow-up recommended
Recommended follow-up interval
