The GRID Exam Data Upload File Specification and Data Element document, posted below, describes the file specification and each data element for exam-level data records used for capturing data for QCDR non-MIPS measures.
Note: The Facility ID is optional; in the event the field is left blank, data will be uploaded to the current facility selected in the facility picker, in the upper right corner of the portal.
Consult GRID Data File Uploads for detailed instructions for creating a file of exam-level data for upload to the GRID.
Currently, only Version 2.1 is accepted. Version 2.2 will be implemented in April 2025.
