MIPS and QCDR (non-MIPS) quality measure data may be downloaded from the portal in Excel workbook format. From the Performance Report tab, click the Excel icon next to the TIN you wish to download. 
Note: If you do not see an icon, then there are no data to download for that TIN.
The downloaded file will be in the format <your TIN>.xls – e.g. 123456789.xls, and provides the same information as displayed online.
