DICOE Discounts for Registry Invoicing
Eligible DICOE facilities receive a discount on their annual NRDR registry invoice. Here's how the program works and what to do if your discount is not reflected on an invoice.
Important: DICOE-designated facilities participating in any two registries receive a 15% discount on their annual registries invoice.

Eligibility Requirements
Your facility qualifies for the DICOE registry discount when:
- The facility has an active DICOE designation
- The facility participates in any two NRDR registries
- DICOE designation has been recorded by ACR staff
Good to Know: DICOE status is added by ACR staff after designation has been completed.
How the Discount Works

Once your DICOE designation is processed, the discount is automatically applied to eligible registry invoices. No additional application is required.
Discount Duration: The discount continues through both the initial DICOE cycle and renewal cycles.
Missing a DICOE Discount?
If your facility has DICOE designation but the discount is missing from your invoice, contact the NRDR Help Desk.
Please include:
- NRDR Facility ID
- Participating registries
- Confirmation of DICOE designation
Important: If the discount should have been applied, the Help Desk can review the account and provide an updated invoice if necessary.
