A signed Business Associate Agreement is required for all NRDR corporate accounts.
Important: If your organization does not have a current BAA on file with the ACR, a signed agreement must be submitted before participation can proceed.

An existing BAA may be reused if:- It is already on file with ACR.
- It was signed on or after January 1, 2018.
- It is less than three years old.
Existing BAAs from ACR Accreditation, NRDR participation, or other eligible ACR programs may qualify.
Important Restrictions
Please Note:- ACR cannot accept revisions or modifications to the BAA.
- ACR does not review or execute third-party BAAs.
