The CTC registry includes two QCDR measures as part of the exam data submitted by participants. These measures have been approved by CMS for MIPS reporting and are available for physicians to include as part of their annual measures:

  • ACRad 1: CT Colonography True Positive Rate 

  • ACRad 2: CT Colonography Clinically Significant Extracolonic Findings


The CTC QCDR Preview report provides a preliminary snapshot of measures to help physicians and facilities monitor performance before the QCDR data submission deadline.CTC QCDR Preview Report


Measures are generated for each physician, the entire facility, and the entire CTC registry on a quarterly basis for the year-to-date according to the schedule, below:

Note: QCDR preliminary results are aggregated by physician NPI to provide detailed performance results whereas official MIPS results are reported to CMS by Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN); consequently, physicians reporting to CMS as part of a group TIN will see only the group's aggregated results in the MIPS Portal.
